Prairie Gold is a rich, sweet and savoury BBQ sauce crafted in collaboration with Bridgeland Distillery. Built around the warm character of their Taber Corn whiskey, this sauce brings smooth caramel and vanilla notes together with a tangy BBQ base for a bold, balanced finish.

It’s sweet without being candy-like, tangy without overpowering the meat, and carries just enough bourbon character to make it stand apart from your everyday BBQ sauce.

Perfect on ribs, pulled pork, chicken, burgers, brisket, pork chops, or brushed onto grilled meat during the final few minutes of cooking.
